Photography

• Knows how to operate both Nikon and Canon digital cameras. Able to • take interesting shots from seemingly standard photo assignments. Can also shoot action shots from sports and breaking news events.

DV & Beta Cam

• Can shoot B-roll footage to illustrate broadcast stories. Is comfortable • framing and shooting still and impromptu interviews. Also able to edit together packages and documentaries into proper sequence.

Audio recording

• Able to use variety of equipment — including voice recorders, lapel, • stick & onboard microphones to capture interesting audio.

Print, broadcast & web writing

• Has extensive knowledge on how to gather content and write stories • from a variety of topics for all major communication mediums.

• Extremely comfortable with layout tools and shortcuts up to CS3. • Able to work with any grid scheme to create compelling layouts.

• Able to build layouts quickly using shortcuts and all tools.

• Understands basic coding language with regards to .php and .css.

Adobe Photoshop CS3

• Understands proper image alteration techniques and graphic.
